Example pics of individuals are used for display purposes only. Your template may come with some or a photo of an individual for demonstration purposes. You can replace these images easily and even the background imagery if you wish using the instructions provided.

You should be able to get started straight away! Your digital file template will be downloadable after checkout, and will also be sent to the email associated with your purchase. Please make sure you check which email address you pop in at the checkout page!

Sometimes there can be a slight delay with this email, but you should receive an email confirming your purchase and download within a couple of hours! If you can’t see it, please check your account, your promotional mail folder or contact us! We’re here to make your life easier during a difficult time.

Note, we do have to limit how many times the template is able to be downloaded so please keep your initial copy safely stored on your computer.

The cards can be printed on A4 size paper/card. We recommend a matte textured card. If you’d like more of a vintage look, a light brown textured card works well.

Yes! They sure are. We use what is called TrueType fonts and they are embedded with the file. This means they are downloaded with the file so should install when opened. 

However, we have had the rare case where the fonts have not installed properly on loading, usually due to outdated software or occasionally on Mac systems. Just in case you do stumble across any issues, our fonts are open-sourced, meaning that they are freely available to download and install.

You can find a missing font pretty easily via Google Fonts. Otherwise, please contact us. We normally respond within 24 hours.
